Notes on Design and Theming

Recap and Feedback

In the last part of the course, we took a brief peek into design systems and to some principles behind them. We briefly discussed user experience laws and how the usability of user interfaces could be evaluated. Finally, we also outlined theming Flutter applications, providing pointers to a few useful tools.

For a more in-depth overview of the topic, look into the Human-Computer Interaction major at Aalto University. As an example, the courses Human-Computer Interaction (CS-C3120), User Interface Construction (CS-E5220), and Collaborative Evaluation of Interactive Systems (CS-E5230) would be good candidates for courses to take now that you’ve almost finished this course.

Now, for the last time in this course, please reflect on your studying, and provide feedback on the materials.
